How often can I use my holiday home?
You can visit as often as you like during the ownership season – weekends, weeks, or longer periods. We will give you the opening and closing dates for the park you are interested in. All our parks benefit from a 12 month holiday season, so you can use your holiday home as much as you wish.
Can I choose where I have my holiday home on the Park?
Yes, you will be given a guided tour of the park and shown the pitches and locations that are available to you.
How much are your site fees?

Our annual site fees range from £1,800 – £5,000 depending on park & location.
Are friends and family allowed to use my holiday home?
Absolutely, it is your holiday home, and you can let family and friends use it, visit, and stay with you whenever you please.
Are there any additional charges after I have purchased my holiday home?
Charges include utility bills, water, rates, local authority rates and insurance, plus you pay an annual pitch fee; this contributes towards the running costs of your park.
We can offer a payment plan to spread the running costs each year. (subject to status)
What choice of holiday homes are available?
We carry an extensive stock of new and used holiday homes across our parks. We work with all the major manufacturers, so will have a broad selection of makes and models for you to choose from.

Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my holiday home?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your holiday home and chosen pitch – deposits are from as little as 10%.
We would then look to complete your purchase with us, and have you enjoying your holiday home within 14 days.
Is my holiday home covered by a warranty?
Yes! For brand new holiday homes there is a minimum 12 month warranty, and for an approved used holiday home it’s 3 months.
Can I bring my pet to the holiday park?
Of course! All our parks are pet friendly so feel free to bring them along. All we ask is that you abide and comply with the park rules in relation to your pet.
Can I let out my holiday home?
Yes, You may choose to let out your holiday home to assist with the annual running costs. You can do this with our hassle-free letting scheme, or you may choose to handle the arrangements yourself. Terms and conditions apply.
How long can I keep my holiday home on the park?
You can keep your holiday home on any of our parks for the duration of your licence agreement. The licence period (also known as tenure) will be specified when you buy your caravan, lodge or park home.
As a general guide, the tenure is usually 20 years on a brand new caravan holiday home and 50 years on a brand new luxury lodge. Both our residential parks offer open ended licences.
