Holiday Home Sales Advisor

Overview

Reporting to the Sales Director, we are seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to guide the park team successfully, someone who is an enthusiastic and engaging leader and can maximise sales, profitability, and customer service to position the company as a brand of choice. Our Holiday Home Advisors can expect typical first year earnings of £45K per annum. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Building relationships with current owners and holiday guest to generate sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for utilising and actioning allocated leads to generate appointments.
  • To maximise all sales opportunities and create a strong value chain.
  • Social Media posts, posting online ads, Telephone Calls.
  • To ensure all administration is completed and filed to deadline.
  • To ensure all contacts and appointments are up to date daily.
  • To ensure compliance with all aspects of Company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety & caravan sales guidelines.
  • To ensure presentation and dressing of the sales fleet is maintained to the required standard.
  • To ensure presentation of the Showground is maintained to the required standard.
  • To explore financing arrangements with the prospective customer and deal with any financial matters in a confidential manner.
  • To implement any marketing activity as defined by your line manager maximising the opportunities in both new and part exchange business.
  • To meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets (Key Performance Indicators) as set by your line manager.
  • To organise own time in the most effective and productive way.
  • To utilise all systems available maintaining a customer database to facilitate future sales opportunities.
  • To ensure the Sales area depicts a welcoming, professional, clean and tidy environment.
